We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing lead to help take Random Acronym to the next level. In this position, you will lead our business development initiatives while actively providing marketing feedback to our development team.
You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and display a proven ability to get in front of prospects to do product demonstrations. This position is for those with strong sales skills, but who also understand what is needed to successfully market the product, and are driven to contribute on both sides of this dynamic.
You will participate in product development, supporting the development of value propositions from concept to execution. Reporting to Random Acronym’s Director, you will be integral to the team and be part of a growing and leading-edge group of professionals.
Manage daily sales tasks
Develop new business opportunities to meet trends
Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
Conduct market research and identify opportunities
Gather and analyze customer behavior data and feedback
Generate reports and forecasts on marketing and sales
Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate marketing material
Maintain and update SalesForce CRM records of sales calls and marketing metrics
Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or sales
Successful work experience as a sales associate, marketing assistant, or hybrid position
Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
Excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Office suite and SalesForce CRM
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Must be fluent in English and legally able to work in Canada
